Collection: Military PT Test Prep

PT test scores are won in the four weeks before the test, not the week of. These programs target the exact events you will be graded on and nothing else: the deadlift, power throw, hand-release pushups, sprint-drag-carry, plank and 2-mile run of the Army AFT; the HAMR shuttle, reverse crunch and 1.5-mile of the Air Force assessment; the 1.5-mile, forearm plank and 300 yd shuttle of the Navy PRT; pullups, pushups, plank and the 3-mile of the Marine PFT.

You enter your current numbers on day one and every set is sized from them. If pullups are the score you are leaving on the table, the 30 Day Pull-Up Program runs alongside any of these. Police, federal and fire candidates use the same plans — the events overlap almost entirely.
