Collection: Special Operations Preparation

Every program in this collection is built for one thing: showing up to selection already able to do the work. These are not generic strength templates with a run bolted on. Each plan is keyed to the events its pipeline actually tests — 35 lb and 45 lb rucks and land navigation for SFAS, RASP and MARSOC A&S; combat sidestroke intervals, treading and breath-hold tables for BUD/S, Marine Recon BRC, Pararescue, CCT and Navy EOD.

Two Special Mission Unit tracks sit at the top of the collection. Mountain-Based runs on hills, land navigation and a 35 lb ruck, with an eighteen mile projection scored flat and hilly. Enabler is a ruck and strength plan built on three 5/3/1 cycles and four benchmark rucks that step from six miles to the eighteen.

You test first. Every load, pace, interval and rep target is then calculated from your own numbers, so the program meets you where you actually are instead of where a template assumes you should be. Twelve weeks is the standard block; breath-hold and pull-up work run shorter and stack on top.
